Great video with tons of great tips, the comment about people hating to lose money more than they like making money was very interesting. I never thought about that but it makes perfect sense.
Jeff
Great video with tons of info. I can’t wait to give these things a try.

I have been using a few of these tactics but I am excited to use the “perception” and “pain” ideas. Thanks for the great tips.

thanks for the info and for the pdf!

Ohhh, Shoemoney Secrets. Great stuff thanks Shoe!

What about sex appeal? I guess that could be association,

I loved the comment about saying “feel better about yourself” rather than “have whiter teeth” to sell teeth whitening products. Makes complete sense and I can totally understand why that would sell more. Thank you for the great information, I can not wait to see the other videos.

Hey I want that iPad I am gonna tweet right now. And great video tons of awesome tips and examples.
Ben H.
Awesome ideas, I am going to use some of these to sell the Shoemoney System!
Great Video. I have been following you for about 9 months now. What I think is funny is I have started following several “super affiliates” in an effort to learn the inside tricks and tactics. John chow told me about this video and you told me about his Blog Profit Camp. I used to be an offline salesman myself and I think it’s awesome how up front you are about your tactics as most intelligent people can see those things anyways. Keep your eyes peeled for Neil Macpherson…
Paul Smith
Thanks for the great info, can’t wait to see the rest!
Great video! Did you blog only about “how to make money on internet” before becoming a pro blogger and money making specialist?
Alvin Phang
Cool video Jeremy love it

Very informative…and this guys speaks very clear and easy to understand…this is like watching a blue ray dvd disk…very clear and good audio and video…how I wish this speaker can sell my products…nice person…soft to receive whatever he wants to convey you will easily digest…thanks so much for this video…I want to sell his Shoemoney system…
Great content ShoeMoney! Thanks for the great information, I am also a big fan of “The Matrix” which leads me to the question, is it legal to use a clip of a movie in a video like that? I have seen it done before, but that doesn’t make it legal. I see it on Youtube alot too, but then once in awhile a video gets pulled for using copyrighted content. When is it legal to use it, is there a time limit (like under 2 minutes or something)? Thanks again Jeremy!
Thank you for the excellent training and the real world experiences of what worked for you. As I heard someone once say “Experience is the best teacher, especially when it is someone else’s experience”. Keep up the great work. I’m looking forward to your next video.
Great content!
I’m currently a member of the Shoemoney System.
I recommend those who are new to get on board.
There are tons of content that will help make you money.
Thanks for all the great insights and tips on weapons of marketing. Now I know how to make my emails more effective to get more clicks and hopefully more sales. Actually, everything that your teaching and sharing could be used to promote Shoemoney System I like the part where you go over the techniques you used for the emails. I received those emails and they did get my attention quickly. Glad to be a part of the prelaunch, SMS and we are in this together!
That was a good video. Giving me a lot of tips for my own marketing campain. Looking forward to see more.
Ha a fantastic day

Very interesting video – lots of sneaky sneaky (and I say that in a good way) ideas.
Bravo – look forward to the follow-up videos…

Annoying video Jeremy. Annoying because it makes me realise how often people, including myself, forget these basic, proven and powerful techniques. Your explanations with examples are a great reminder, thanks for the effort of sharing them.
Great video quality & content, however I like your pdfs even better. Why so?
Because to me your choice of body language and phrasing in this video comes across as imprecise or to put it as collaboratively as I can, California-esque, even though you don’t live in California!
I suspect you would counter that your style is disarming and I would agree up-to-a-point.
Anyway, my critique probably is less than the sting of a lady bug on an elephant to you.
Your walk through Cialdini’s Influence triggers is very well done but as always the devil is in the details.
How about scrapping the washing machines and focus in on how we can tactically use these triggers in sequence and maximize effect to raise conversion rates on info products?
You could easily give us teaser insights and set us up for a product launch.
Lastly, I did like your comment about not promoting products from people you don’t know personally. I would like to get to that point on the IM Richter scale but hard to do when you have zilch authority.
Looking forward to your next vid offerings..
Best,
Thanks a lot for the weapons of marketing an .PDF Shoemoney! I really liked how you showed where you can take any category an effectively use it in s sales pitch an also you believe in what you’re selling but at the same time you got two things working for you that captured my interest out of all the tools you used here. Getting peoples attention very easily with perceiving what their move would be next. Just assuming they have downloaded what you’re talking about an will read chapter 2. Like you said though you really want them to check out chapter 2 because you really looked at it believe in what it says an thought it would be one of the most helpful topic’s in the ebook. So right there for some reason I was just like wow I gotta read what this guy thinks is so important he seems to have really looked into it lol. I really don’t think I care either. But because of how I am wired maybe it’s a human thing I just had to check it out. Also I see how another thing would be we are in this together because you cared enough to buy it yourself an trust what it says. It’s really interesting.
I have always realized how Oprah makes her millions or billions is it? Not sure how much she is worth at the moment I’ll have to google that lol! What’s always puzzled me even though I do know an you reaffirmed I was correct about how anything she puts out there sells like crazy, let’s be honest, I am a complete novice to what she has built an you have built. It’s so high end an in depth I don’t know if I could actually in small steps apply it an make it work for me. Just as if I was trying to fill in for Oprah’s show an sell the way she does. My mother loves that crap an she buys into it almost every day. But she won’t dare to reason with me!!!! I won’t let that stop me though I’ll give it a shot. Maybe I can figure out how to be more like Oprah an also you Shoemoney lol. So once again thanks for the help an I will assume more video’s will be on the way lol? I’ll be looking for them if so!

Sorry for double post please post this one Shoemoney! Thanks!

It seems as though teaching may be another of your talents. That was totally painless to watch, in fact it was quite enjoyable. I look forward to more like this. Thank you!
Basic salesmanship knowledge is an absolute necessity to market correctly to any audience. Thanks for highlighting the importance of it and bringing this to us.
Actually, some great content, interesting actual ideas and a solid foundation that actually would work for someone starting out, in actual fact. But one thing that actually I found to be, well actually, rather off-putting, and I actually thought got in the actual way of the presentation, was actually the repeated use of the word… well, actually, I’m going leave it to you to work that one out.
jocelyn
thanks for all the information you gave it will make all the difference,
JB
Great video. Can’t wait to watch the next ones. All of your ideas are very worthwhile, but it seems to work well only if you have a large following like Shoemoney.com Getting traffic seems to be the real challenge in order to be able to sell products and make good money. You’re also dead on with the soft sell. Great work Shoemoney!
Im pretty new to all of this But I feel like im getting scooled the right way. I like your onesty in the video. It has opened a whole new chapter for me .Thank You
The social proof point is very, well, on point. I believe people don’t want to be associated with products and services which others haven’t because it’s still untested territory. This is probably a good explanation on why items on the Amazon Top 100 keeps selling and selling.
The problem comes from trying to get people involved. I know on forums you can hire paid posters to get everything going – this then gives people a reason to check it out because they won’t feel like they’re alone.
Could replicate it by giving away free products to a group of people, get their honest opinion and see if they’d write about it on their own website. Since people are now involved it will feel less like a leap of faith.
Hey Shoe,
I’ve just found out about you about 2 months ago. I really like what you teach and how you teach it. I have a glass/crystal etching and art business and have been trying to come up with ideas on how to sell better. You’ve given me a ton of ideas that should work. I’ve especially been trying to find a way to relate to my potential customers on an emotional level, and now I think I know.
Thanks for the info and I’m looking forward to the rest of your videos.
So, is this a set up for a large “Product Launch”?

Awesome video Jeremy! You are very inspiring with your videos and how you got started. Thanks for sharing bro! It is what I try to convey to my email list sincerity and honesty!
Jeremy, Great stuff as always from you, about marketing and delivering value to the marketplace. Good proven and powerful techniques! Thanks for the ideas and tips. Its great to be here.

Very interesting and compelling. I am from the direct response televsion industry (35 years). I once had every religious television programmer except one; i.e., Jerry Falwell. You are so correct in what you stated in the video!
B-I-G concept: you gotta know how to sell if you wanna make money without working for a boss!
I’ve been selling since I was 7. I know for a fact the steps of your selling process are legit and do work whatever the communicational medium.
Peace,
Edward “Mr Ed” Thorpe
Thanks for the valuable content that you always give us. It is never a waste of time listening to you.
I enjoyed your use of “Perception” in the buying decision process. You suggested that we turn a potential buyer’s rational reasons for buying into emotional reasons. That’s ohooo so true. People are always trying to rationalize emotional decisions that they make.
Just an FYI, I tried to tweet the vid… but your text was too many characters. I want the ipad… so please advise.
John
You are giving some really great and honest from the heart information (as usual) and I love and appreciate your videos, but I’ve got to say this…
You are a celebrity endorsement. You don’t need to use any salesmanship. All you have to do is send out an email that says, “Go buy this” and people will. Frank Kern, the genius copywriter that he is, does it all the time.
So my question is, how does someone with no celebrity status (99.9% of the rest of us) do it.
How would you do it if you used a pen name that no one knew and you couldn’t use any of your friends or contacts? If you had to start from scratch with no contacts and no celebrity status could you do it again in this day and age? If so, what are the first steps would you take? I think that is what most of us really want to know.
Respectfully,
John

Online video works great to get these marketing concepts across. I like hearing your real life examples and I am starting to notice how marketers are using these techniques all around me. My blog is very new but I hope to use these techniques in my writing and some of John Chow’s techniques, too.
Thanks for sharing !
Loved the videos, but can’t swing the price at this time, although I do plan on getting in later.
I’ll watch the videos again and again to get all I can out of them for now.
Thanks for the invite;

don’t have a site but once I started watching and listening to lst video it was like biting into that first potatoe chip-I couldn’t stop. (Mr Shoe) has an exceptional understanding of human nature (and obviously applies it benefically). It is refreshing to come across someone so honest and direct who can explain so matter-factually$ a subject which ordinarily is presented with so much ballyhoo. Thank you
Fantastic! After two years of following Shoemoney, I am not disappointed. I truly appreciate your perspective. Your videos support the marketing & sales aspect that so many new business owners – ESPECIALLY online business owners – don’t take time to understand.
Moreover, I appreciate the fact that you tie in your earlier offline sales experiences from the Appliance Department at Sears. It makes your Weapons of Marketing seem less intimidating for beginners, and even more relevant for all levels of experience. The concepts of Authority & Association, Social Proof, Fear, Pain, etc. can be applied to any industry.
Thanks for the easy-to-follow presentation, thanks for the free videos, and thanks for the specific examples to back your points. —-> Two Thumbs Up! <—-
I just posted this at Shoemoney’s blog, but wanted to post here as well. I am very impressed by this video. As a retired accountant (who loves motorcycles) dabbling in online business, I had no idea what to expect. Who would think that an old rocker / bean counter like me want to take direction from a younger guy that I’ve never met? I surprised myself. I am hooked. The video is really great. Jeremy, Thanks for sharing your experience, and thanks for the opportunity to share my thoughts. Good luck with your new product.
I always follow Jeremy and what he is doing, he is doing so well.. We are waiting to jump in the great newest money making system! I am sure this will be NUCLEAR BOMB not only weapon…

I am just disappointed that all the videos aren’t ready right now. I will be back to see the next three. I’ve already learned something from this one. Scarcity. I’m on it!

So if you buy the ShoeMoney system, do you get a break on this one? How is the different that the Shoemoney system that I keep hearing so much about?
I see that some people are referring to these concepts as sales basics. I disagree. I think that the concepts are fairly advanced, and have more to do with sales and marketing strategy. The basics of marketing have more to do with WHO WHAT WHERE WHEN and WHY. This goes above and beyond… and takes it to a sophisticated level of persuasion. Very interesting, especially for those of us who have a product or service in place and ready to go! Props to you and your team!
Robin Sterling
These types of programs are giving the companies with a marketing budget of $10,000 or less far more options than they’ve ever had before. Would you believe that the agency I work for had a client pitch today, in which our client requested Shoemoney’s tactics as part of their launch? This type of information, which is free and made readily available, is leveling the playing field for everyone.

So Rockstar! I have always loved your videos!

I took copious notes. With this kind of information, how can anyone fail?
Also, will be sure to share at this month’s American Marketing Association (AMA) meeting in Ann Arbor.

How do you come up with all of this? I think we need to change your name from Shoemoney to King Midas. You seem to have the Midas touch on so many levels!

Marketing 101 applied to the digital age! I’m 47yrs old and been in sales 28 years. I’ve sold everything from vacuum cleaners and encyclopedias to fiber optic networks and real estate. You’re video covers the successful real world techniques in an easy to follow, “hit your target and move on” kind of way. Enjoyed the refresher course. Thanks!
Another quality system by none other than Shoemoney, I definitely appreciate the ideas and examples you used, helps to think outside the box. I think we are all taking the red pill
You really need to scratch your head to answer this question;
Well, you just said you never promote a product which you don’t buy first.
How you can buy a product before its launch and during its promotion.
Curious to know, forgive me if i sound a little dumb but i am confused, will you show to me?
Tom Y
I have been looking forward to have a peek at this video post ever since you let the word out on July 6th. I definitely opted for the red pill right from the start. Who wouldn’t?

I really appreciate how you presented the role of association and authority in this one, Shoe. I’ve always believed that besides permanently etching a popular face that potential consumers can recall each time they stumble upon your product, association and authority also takes the credibility of your brand up a notch with an extra helping of PR coverage to boot.
Just Alan
I’ve always thought that social proof is at the root of what’s been dubbed herd mentality in humans, with every “cattle” and “sheep” reference that goes along with it. Our need to look to other people for how to behave is an important key to the growth and maintenance of societies, so it’s not necessarily always reason for disdain. Thx for the coolio video.
After watching this, I really did observe how online and offline marketers operate. Thanks, Shoe. Superb details on the Pain strategy, too. I think a super salesperson — one who can effortlessly operate in both worlds — can turn customer pain into market gain in a snap. Great video.
Very insightful! I am walking away with all sorts of ideas: Fear, Pain, Perception, and Authority, just to name a few. I especially like the intro clip with the reference to The Matrix. So creative, and so true!

I always am blown away by the fact that you just give this stuff away for free. Stellar tips, and even one or two tactics can be very effective. I love the video. Can’t wait for the rest of the series. Bravo to you and your team!
Thanks for the informative Weapons of marketing. Everyone should know and apply this marketing techniques.

Yes, yes, and yes! It’s your informal yet superbly detailed method of emphasizing crucial points that kept me watching this video post. I have been a fan of the Shoemoney system for quite a while now and this clip absolutely tells me that I made the right decision right from the beginning! I think my marketing IQ went up a few points. LOL!

Fear marketers paint the picture of what your life might be like if you don’t get their product. They play into already existing fears, or paint new ones that consumers may never have considered. The end result is the consumer perception that the advertised product or service is a necessity to keep their family safe, make their life less dangerous, or avoid a situation they dread. But should we do it?
Doesn’t this type of marketing just add to the plague of society, fostering fear and making us a weaker people as a result? Maybe. Nonetheless, this tactic, although somewhat brutal, often hits the mark. I love your example of security systems and The Bible. Tested and true, this tactic is a keeper.
Miley Cyrus Loves Bean Bag Chairs
I love your story on Association. I think I’m going to mail Miley Cyrus a bean bag chair. I bet if the tweenie boppers see Miley in a bean bag chair, they’ll want one too. In fact, I think I could use all of your tips in starting a bean bag revolution. Great tips, my friend!
Download PDF file: check! Watch video: check! Wallow in pure awesomeness: check! Kudos for the truly helpful hints and pointers on online and offline marketing, Jeremy. It surely took my web marketing know-how up a notch.
In my own perspective, almost all people will respond to marketing by fear. You may want to balance any fear campaign with an opposite approach highlighting the positive outcomes at the very end. Like fear leading to peace. A balanced strategy will capture a broader, more diverse group of potential customers. As a salesperson, it’s up to you how you’ll pull it off, but it’s the thought behind the strategy that really matters. This was a great video. Now let’s go sell some stuff!
Gabby Dell
All this awesomeness in one video? Now that’s what I call awesomesauce!

In your example with Mark Cuban and the marketing boost propelled by direct association, are you subconsciously saying that there is truth in the cliche “bad publicity is still publicity?” or “Any publicity is good publicity?”

Are you going to make these awesome videos downloadable?

I think social proof is basically an idea that people, when surrounded by strangers wielding charts and statistics, will assume that the strangers are more knowledgeable about a certain subject than they are. Strangely, the more confusing the numbers are, the easier we will be hooked. Marketing is fun! Thanks for the killer tips!
Sanjay The IT Guy
I really appreciate your transparency, Jeremy. If you’re trying to disarm me, you’ve been successful. You’ve got a loyal customer here. Keep up the great tips. I need to quit my day job!
Hey John, thanks for the great tips about explaining all and being totally honest with everyone so your sales will work out the best in the end! Thanks Gary
You did it again, Shoe! I’ve been a fan of yours for the last year and a half and you’ve taught me how to become a decently competitive web marketer all this time. Hope to get my hands on premium stuff like this again soon. Thanks very much for the marketing wisdom!

I have seen the light, Shoe. You can be sure that I will be your fan for many years to come! I’ve never seen the complexities of (web) marketing explained so quickly and so precisely. I like the PDF too. Great Video!
Consider your audience and product before firing off your initial salvo of fear marketing. it would be really awesome if you can insert a few more guidelines about the subject. In the first place, fear marketing is one of the most popular strategies utilized these days. Great video – Tell us more!
Very valuable. I’m curious why it’s free- I would have paid to watch this.
Kyle
I admit that I am still learning web marketing, but I learned a great deal after watching this video. Instantly fell in love with the sections on Call to Action and Pain. You made me feel like having a sip of my favorite ice-cold beer on a hot summer day, buddy! Hope to come across similar videos like this VERY SOON.

The real secret to positively closing a sales deal is making a customer feel really good about himself or herself. It’s all about creating a special connection.
Who likes being sold to, right? You did a badass job here!

From a marketing standpoint, social proof is the basis of both buzz and large sales figures. Without it, there’d be no “grapevine” in the first place. It’s also why testimonials are so essential in direct marketing. I am definitely giving this my highest recommendation!

Making a big bang is Shoe’s specialty so it isn’t a wonder if you’re speechless. Go Shoe!
In my grad program, we learned that Sales necessarily involves building trust between the salesperson and the customer. The skill of “active listening” builds trust. The best salespeople demonstrate this skill in their work. The customers felt that the best salespeople really understood their pain, their issue. Insert some of Shoemoney’s tips and closing the deal and you’re absolutely good to go. Go Shoe!

Am I dreaming or are you really giving away these web marketing secrets for free? Some web gurus demand an arm and leg before they teach you about these tricks of the trade… So how much does the Shoemoney System 2 cost anyways? If these are just the teaser videos, I can only imagine what the purchased product will be like.

This is some sweet pre-sale stuff. Thinking about starting a web marketing initiative? Watch this video first or else get left behind in a heartbeat. Right? This will be a cinch to promote.

I will keep my eyes peeled for the other videos that are still under construction. Honestly, I would really love to see a more elaborate presentation on the “pain” aspect of marketing, though. It seems so far-fetched at first but after listening to your ideas, I see that it definitely works. I am currently experiencing pain because I want all the videos! And the iPad! And the Shoemoney System!

The ABC’s of sales. Always be closing. These are some pretty slick tips to help get the job done. Giddyup!
There is a science to selling just like there is a so called art of warfare.
Call to action is important because most people are confused with too many options – information overload is a huge problem.
The gurus selling online know how to take advantage of the confusion they have created. Go buy this now. Not another product launch please. I have too many products already that are sitting around waiting for me to implement.
Hi Jeremy,
Finally after all these years Mike recommended something of real value for marketers. Excellent presentation and with real value Jeremy!
Best regards,

Wowow. That was great info you spill in the video. The Cheat-sheet although not many pages have valuable hidden info there that only those who look hard can find it. Thanks for sharing.
Wow! Great stuff. I love the Shoemoney system but have not had much luck with conversions. I think this will help a lot. Can’t wait for the rest of the videos. Thanks Jeremy!
It’s a great stuff on marketing for everyone. I look forward to other videos

I would like to learn more about celebrity endorsements. In my own point of view, celebrity endorsements can either mean instant brand awareness and recall — or lack of organized brainstorming right from the beginning. And what about spokespeople who become celebrities, like the Sham-Wow guy? Can it work backwards too? What’s you take on this, Jeremy? I’m sure you’ve seen countless examples of these. Appreciate your input, as always.

Thanks ever so much. Great video and thanks for the pdf. It is heart warming when successful people as yourself reach out and share information. Blessings.

So much food for thought. We see a strong example of “sort of pain marketing” in the news. Any news reporter knows, that negative and painful headlines sell. Psychologically we are drawn to these headlines for many reasons, one of which is that as humans we are more likely to avoid pain then we are to strive to seek out pleasure. So cashing in on pain for marketing reasons makes perfect sense!

Great presentation here. Now the question is… How can I incorporate this into my site? I think that this really offers a lot of options for the creative thinker. Thanks for providing a catalyst!
Vincent
Isn’t a lot of this about selling hope and optimism? I hope to make money online. I hope to lose weight. I hope to be like Shoemoney. And I think I can, if I just purchase this. Just a thought…
Knowing what Shoemoney has been able to do for me for the past 2 or 3 years… I can only imagine what the future holds with Shoemoney 2.0. It’s great checking out the ideas and getting a head start on any changes I might need to make. Let’s work on adding another comma to my cash flow statement!
Thanks for your awesome ideas and tips…
here is excellent website for advertising in any niche that will get you awesome results with the traffic it generates for you check it out and watch your conversions and results http://www.freeglobaltraffic.com enjoy good karma to you

Ah Shoemoney.. The master of suspense. What can’t you do?
Looks like we’ve swallowed the red pill, whether we like it or not. Looking forward to more videos!
Shoemoney Wannabe
While the rest of the 9 to 5′ers are commuting, taking night classes, and sharpening their macros skills in Excel, we are kicking it with Shoemoney and making a break from cubicle hell. I’ve already hit my 2010 goals. Thanks to you, man!

ShoeMoney – You’ve outdone yourself this time. Your videos are the bomb! Thanks for sharing!

Such great value here. Who else can afford to give away industry secrets while taking care of his own? Such a brilliant marketer!
Harry Go
If your free stuff is this good, how much better is the purchased product? I’m just saying… This is great!
Pretty sound marketing advice here. There’s always something you DON’T think of. Nice to find so many great concepts packed into a 30 minute video. Might generous of you, Shoemoney.
Kris Malczewski
What about guilt? I feel guilty that you’ve given me so much free stuff and I haven’t paid you a penny yet. LOL!
Manisha
I am still at the beginning of my affiliate marketing journey. Your video was a good learning experience for me. I feel like I’m on my way to earning a diploma! Thanks for the video and the PDF. See you back here soon!
Crystal Champagne did it with MTV Cribs by filling celebrities fridges. We all know now how “popular” everyone thinks it is. SO next time you see someone drinking Crystal have a little chuckle to yourself, I sure do.
You should be called “Showmoney” rather then Shoemoney with this great content, where can I get a t-shirt?!?
Jamus McKenna
MASH
Your examples are great. Thank you for the great information. I am dying to see the other videos.

I think that this big fish is no longer in a small pond. Shoemoney comes up in search for just about everything, and I know for a fact that the so called “experts” are going to him for answers.
We can all say we knew him when… Better yet, we can all say we followed him before the rest of the world caught on! We are the early adapters!
Shoe Power!
WhateverWorks
Who contemplates the impact of sales and marketing? Not many people. If we only knew we were up against guys like Shoe, maybe we could hold onto our wallets. So tell me Shoe… Any coupons or discounts for 2.0?
I just know I am going to flourish even more using some of these tactics! I’ve never tried using “Fear” to sell flowers…..
You’ll be the only guy on the block who didn’t buy his wife flowers for Valentine’s Day. You should be afraid of facing your wife this Valentine’s Day.” LOL!
Thanks for the marketing tips!
S Cando
I love your pose when the video starts. Very Presidential!
medomoc
Am I the last person in the world to find out about this? Miss a day, miss a lot on the Shoemoney blog.
Amanda Peete
Pretty powerful combination. A nice, relaxing video followed by a handy take away sheet. Great deal!
Lisa
Will share with my Facebook and Twitter friends. Call me a part of your “unofficial sales” team. It’s the least I can do. Thanks Jeremy!
Bryan Jake T
I want to start by asking you where to begin applying these tactics, but I’ve been following you long enough to know that this answer is to start at the beginning. Try it, test it, then try it again. I’m on my way! Thx for the tips!
David Rocker
This is going to make your Freinemies shake in their shoes. John Chow… Is that a sniffle? Zac Johnson…. Are you green with envy? Mr. Kern…. Do I see your eye twitching?
The Great Shoe has spoken.
Benito Salvatore
Great insight from the industry’s finest. Thank you very much!
Franklin
This is pretty cool. Thanks for sharing.
I also recommend (for everyone) to read Robert Cialdini. These principles are also articulated in his books on Infleunce and Persuasion
Gwen Parker
I think that this is living validation of the concept of social proof. When Shoemoney talks, a ripple goes through the industry at all levels. Excited to be a part of it all!
You sold me! Great video – I especially liked that even though you are obviously a master salesman, there was no “hard-sell” involved. Can’t wait to try out your methods.
I have a question. What if your business is kind of anti-fear? I KNOW how powerful fear is to get people to spend money, it’s marketing 101. But what if what you’re selling is empowerment, spiritual connection, abundance. I feel like it would be hypocritical and unethical of me to use fear-based marketing, even though it is super effective. How do you address this issue with wanting to be an honest, ethical advertiser?

SUPER..a video that actually delivers what it promises…wow, what a concept! Thank you ShoeMoney for this awesome video. And, thank you Maria Andros for recommending the video. I’m looking forward “Shoe” to your next videos.
Thomas
Great video, always appreciate your content !
Just goes to show, marketing is marketing, the principles do not change only the
methods used to implement them.
One other tactic, I am not sure if you talked about it, is to build a relationship
with you audience, just as you are doing now. Jeremy, the future Oprah of affiliate
marketing. When Jeremy speaks people listen.
I NEVER watch marketing videos, but you have an incredible presence and such great marketing ideas that are “BASIC” but yet most folks don’t know them!
Also – you should move your comment box toward the top, like in LInkedIn where your comment goes in over top of everyone else when you enter it, but move to the bottom once posted. It encourages folks to put in their own messages if they can find the text box more easily.
Good luck – if you see an uptick on analytics in the next few days it’s cuz I posted your website to LinkedIn, FaceBook, and my Twitter accounts – over 5,000+ connections!
Reciprocity is another key marketing tool.
Giving away valuable free content for reciprocity, also demonstrates expertise, the content quality- with a hinting of more great stuff still to come. Anticipation! Making it a two way thing that draws prospects in.
This video created trust, social proof, with likeability. Built relationships.
Great video, well worth making.
Thanks.
Rod
Loved the video! You really opened my eyes to a lot. By the way, you busted out the car dealer that tried to get me with the scarcity method a few days ago. I didn’t realize it then, but now I realized that he definitely used it LOL.
I love the concept of value versus loss. It only costs this much, but what is it really going to cost you if you don’t…This tactic has got me lots of times
Shoe,You have given out so much in these videos. Thanks

Great videos – thanks so much.
I listened to the first and second videos last night and was looking forward to the third one but can’t get to it. It won’t open (neither will the second one now.) We’ve all had a go at it and can’t figure out why we can only play the first one.
Any ideas?

I realize that these type triggers have to be used to get people to buy these days of instant gratification and so-called authority or celebrity people; but it is a sad state that we have come to, just to get someone’s attention. I do not consider these people authorities, nor people to aspire to, or a trigger to get me to buy anything. It’s like the next “Bright Shiny Object” that kids just have to have and they will camp out for days just to get it. Shoemake, you have it nailed. Great refresher course. Thank you.
Awesome video Jeremy. The stratergies you share? Priceless – cheat-sheet downloaded, printed and pinned infront of me as constant reminder and referencing point from now on.

Thanks for sharing, I find your video very informative and full of great value. Your e mails and how you angle them, I liked that and you gave me good ideas there. Have problems in downloading your PDF…I guess I will try later.
Great video! You gave a lot of value away for free. I got it. I was referred to you John Chow. I saw your site months ago, but did not pay attention until someone I trust gave you the go ahead. Hence, I really understand all of you points…It truly is a system to sales success.
Jeremy I really enjoyed your first video but can not get the other three to load up for viewing. If you actually read this could you drop me a line with a suggestion for viewing the other three. Thanks and I look forward to keeping in touch.
There is nothing of your offered that we can appreciated, the real ideas of us is learning the way u people making money. But not they making money of our money.
Stone,u show people the way u do business, sincerely, honestly & this could not be forgotten by many of the world people that had been following u as they trusted the way u delivered.
Tthanks for your great sharing
I just found your information on Google (so I guess your SEO work is working just fine)
Great marketing tips and techniques. I look forward to more good stuff
Good, basic techniques. Unfortunately we forget that as we ‘try’ to create an income just to stay afloat in this challenging time. I will share it with my FB friends and hope they enjoy it as much as I did.
Hi, Jeremy…thanks for share this video…but…I cannot download this pdf document every time to try at 49% it will stop automatically to download

Hey Jeremy, thanks for the great tips! It’s very obvious that you’ve spent time studying social media marketing.
Kevin Madison
Jeremy,
As I like to say when I see good stuff happening in the industry, “Keep bossin”, my man. Veeeery nice! You pretty much describe and lay out for people things I’ve used to live abundantly in a way I can only appreciate. You’ve got the peoples attention, boss.
interesting and thorough listing of many of the most powerful, hard-wired human nature sales and persuasion techniques.
Holy crap you made a boatload on plf3.
one thing you’re using, but not really revealing as a tool is PROOF.
not just social proof but, heres proof that this works. telling someone why they should pay attention, not just because their friends are talking, but because this shit works…
thanks and take care
looks like Ill have to figure out how to reveal to you how much you want to meet me if you’re ever gonna ask to promote any of my empowering educational tutorial projects.
Bryan Bliss.
Is it possible to make the video downloadable? I was kind of expecting the PDF to be more of an outline of the video not just a big graphic. You could run the video through something like dragon naturally speaking edit a little and easily have a outline of the video to post as a course outline in PDF format. Your video itself was great, thanks for posting it. I knew some of these things already but wanted to get your perspective and as always it was interesting. Looking forward to more in this series.
Wow! This was great content…lots of really interesting and useful info. Thanks Jeremy! It was so good I shared it on Twitter and Facebook just because it is awesome. I wouldn’t mind winning an iPad tho! Thanks again for the great info!
I think if you can grasp basic systematic salesmanship and apply it online and be pretty good at driving quality traffic to your sales offer then you will be setup to succeed.
There is sooooooo much information out there that we tend to get overwhelmed and it makes it hard for us to focus on the fact that making money comes down to 2 things.
1.)Having something to sell that someone really wants to spend money on and…
2.)Have a cost-effective way to reach these buyers.(1 profitable traffic source to start)
I like that your video shows how to be a better salesperson. great content!
Thank you so much on the great tips & Info…Looking forward to more Info from you.
Pete
Great video with a lot of great content. The only downside is the examples you use requires a huge email list to make those numbers. Are you going to touch on making the list?
Great Video Jeremy, Can’t wait for the next one. Lots of useful content in this video, in fact every since i subscribed to your content it has all been streaks ahead of the other educators of IM. The fact that you kindly share your time, energy and wisdom is an added bonus to everyone. thanks again
Whow! Jeremy, good Video,,I have been paying attention to your progress online for a while. I like your natural, calm approach to sharing your proven tips and ideas, to marketing online. I always learn something new,,Thanks man,,,,Got to have my sun, sea, and sand,,,,Oh and online marketing,,,,
Tell me please is any place where I am able to read “A bird in a hand is worth two in the SHOE” post, “What you need to know about SEO”? I already find out the texts of the other posts and emails you refer in the video, but not these…
Where can I find more examples of “that little disarming things” of yours? It is the most fascinating and useful part for me!
Great info Shoe! I do not really take the time to watch many videos as most of it is recycled content. Yours was original and captivating. Keep up the good work.
Dude – you freaked me out in the opening – that was not something to watch at 1 am! Jeremy – you’ve got a fan, love the analysis of authority and celebrity.
Very true, and you’re 100% correct – sales = trust. Without it, you never take down the sales resistance.
Dear Sir, Jeremy
I am just a new entrant to ShoeMoney System. Observing your videos coverage I was really deeply impressed but due to video YouTube, it took lot of my times and unable to learn the all concepts continuously because of its time taking. Hope this would make me boost successfully like other do around the world.
With regards and thanks,
I,m astounded and amazed! Cannot thank you enough for your willingness to share this invaluable insite, your experiences and information with me. Hope to someday meet you face to face and shake your hand. Well done.
HI Jeremy I have a suggestion for your video….
CAn you put some text on your videos in future?
I am italian and didn’t understand what you said on your videos, I think that would be great if you do a PDF with your choice or insert in the videos some text/subtitle else stranger people has great difficult to understand what you said….
Awasome information, thank s a lot for the marketing weapons. It’s amazing.

Thank you very much for this information. I believe that because of the Law of Attraction I have been wanting this type of information and it has been delivered in this video. I have also watched this and the other videos numerous times already. I will be applying these techniques in my new business venture(s).
Jason
Wow! this is more helpful than all the paid products on how to do a sales pitch properly. I learned a lot and will definitely implement it in my work as conversions have been the hardest part for me.
Very helpful videos! I’ve learned a lot. Thank you
Julia
Why are such easy technicques not so easy for people? Often time I think we make it harder than it is because it must be “valuable”, if it seems like it was hard to attain.
Thanks for stating it plainly and offering the blueprint! I study often and am very close to beginning my career on line!
Great video with tons of great tips, the comment about people hating to lose money more than they like making money was very interesting. I never thought about that but it makes perfect sense.
Great video with tons of info. I can’t wait to give these things a try.
Jeff
I have been using a few of these tactics but I am excited to use the “perception” and “pain” ideas. Thanks for the great tips.
thanks for the info and for the pdf!
Hmmm… I kind of wish I had taken the red pill. I feel like every one is manipulating me
Oh well hopefully I can do it to!
~Rae G.
Is this how you became a “big fish in a little pond” or are these things you learned after you had some success?
Great Matrix tie in
and I noticed you even had the cheat sheet on your desk.
Hey I want that iPad I am gonna tweet right now. And great video tons of awesome tips and examples.
Awesome ideas, I am going to use some of these to sell the Shoemoney System!
nice thanks
Thanks for your awesome ideas and tips…
Great Video. I have been following you for about 9 months now. What I think is funny is I have started following several “super affiliates” in an effort to learn the inside tricks and tactics. John chow told me about this video and you told me about his Blog Profit Camp. I used to be an offline salesman myself and I think it’s awesome how up front you are about your tactics as most intelligent people can see those things anyways. Keep your eyes peeled for Neil Macpherson…
Thanks for the great info, can’t wait to see the rest!
Great stuff! Thanks! We are looking for some more ways to market our services – the ideas in this video will really help!
Great video! Did you blog only about “how to make money on internet” before becoming a pro blogger and money making specialist?
Cool video Jeremy
love it
Very informative…and this guys speaks very clear and easy to understand…this is like watching a blue ray dvd disk…very clear and good audio and video…how I wish this speaker can sell my products…nice person…soft to receive whatever he wants to convey you will easily digest…thanks so much for this video…I want to sell his Shoemoney system…
Thanks for all the great info about selling.
I am just getting started and this info will help a lot.

Even me as a expert marketer learned so much from watching this video.
Very infromative and straight to the point with great tips for all wanna bees.
Jeremy that was awesome! Thank you for that!
Good Stuff!
wow very good .thanks for the pdf
Thank you for the excellent training and the real world experiences of what worked for you. As I heard someone once say “Experience is the best teacher, especially when it is someone else’s experience”. Keep up the great work. I’m looking forward to your next video.
Great content!
I’m currently a member of the Shoemoney System.
I recommend those who are new to get on board.
There are tons of content that will help make you money.
Thanks for all the great insights and tips on weapons of marketing. Now I know how to make my emails more effective to get more clicks and hopefully more sales. Actually, everything that your teaching and sharing could be used to promote Shoemoney System
I like the part where you go over the techniques you used for the emails. I received those emails and they did get my attention quickly. Glad to be a part of the prelaunch, SMS and we are in this together!
That was a good video. Giving me a lot of tips for my own marketing campain. Looking forward to see more.
Ha a fantastic day
lots of practical and useful information. will try to use them
Very interesting video – lots of sneaky sneaky (and I say that in a good way) ideas.
Bravo – look forward to the follow-up videos…
Annoying video Jeremy. Annoying because it makes me realise how often people, including myself, forget these basic, proven and powerful techniques. Your explanations with examples are a great reminder, thanks for the effort of sharing them.
thanks for admitting me.
Best,
HAL

But one thing that actually I found to be, well actually, rather off-putting, and I actually thought got in the actual way of the presentation, was actually the repeated use of the word… well, actually, I’m going leave it to you to work that one out.
thanks for all the information you gave it will make all the difference,
Great video.
Tim

Jeremy, Great stuff as always from you, about marketing and delivering value to the marketplace. Good proven and powerful techniques! Thanks for the ideas and tips. Its great to be here.
Very interesting and compelling. I am from the direct response televsion industry (35 years). I once had every religious television programmer except one; i.e., Jerry Falwell. You are so correct in what you stated in the video!
Congratulations.

very good video thanks for your help…
Hi JS,
B-I-G concept: you gotta know how to sell if you wanna make money without working for a boss!
Respectfully,
John
Thanks for a great film with so much information.
just starting today still working it out.
Nice tips. I’m already applying it right away to a sales email I’m writing — thanks!

Online video works great to get these marketing concepts across. I like hearing your real life examples and I am starting to notice how marketers are using these techniques all around me. My blog is very new but I hope to use these techniques in my writing and some of John Chow’s techniques, too.
Thanks for sharing !
Good crash course on marketing basics.
Thanks!
I like the weapons of marketing “step-by-step roadmap” and the way you related the “real-life” examples.
You made marketing seems so clear and direct.
What you’re teaching is exactly what marketers need to know and implement.
Thanks for the great video.
Loved the videos, but can’t swing the price at this time, although I do plan on getting in later.
I’ll watch the videos again and again to get all I can out of them for now.
Thanks for the invite;

don’t have a site but once I started watching and listening to lst video it was like biting into that first potatoe chip-I couldn’t stop. (Mr Shoe) has an exceptional understanding of human nature (and obviously applies it benefically). It is refreshing to come across someone so honest and direct who can explain so matter-factually$ a subject which ordinarily is presented with so much ballyhoo. Thank you
Fun great video, thanks i will be back.
Wow! Nice wrap up on some tried and true sales techniques. Anyone can easily apply these in person, and online. Thank you!

Cool video Jeremy
Shoemoney…. I do believe you are taking over the world.
Great insight on the psychology associated with sales. Good Stuff!
I realize that you are selling to us as you tell us how you are selling to us, but you certainly provide a convincing case. I am eagerly anticipating future videos. “Kicking Legal’s Ass.” I will mark my calendar for that one.
WOW really really GREAT stuff, keep tuned myself for more….
Shoemoney Great Content ! BTW you do have a Big HEAD in size that is hehe…
How in God’s name did you go from selling washes and dryers to this? You are amazing! I want to do what you did!
So first we have Dale Carnagie… The One Minute Manager… and The Jeff Gitomer’s Little Red Book of Sales. Now we’ve taken it to a new generation with Jeremy Schoemaker’s “Weapons of Marketing.” I say, “It’s about time!”
I am just disappointed that all the videos aren’t ready right now. I will be back to see the next three. I’ve already learned something from this one. Scarcity. I’m on it!
This was pretty easy to watch. Great examples, and Jeremy is so chill.
Hey Shoemoney,
Just letting you know, the proof image in the video for your earnings
of Product Launch Formula show the results for blogprofitcamp….
can you let us know what the numbers were for PLF?
Thanks for the PDF. It’s sort of like Cliff Notes for the video, but with better graphics. I’ve printed it out for future reference.
Brilliant!
Nice share, i hope every body can enjoy, and aplikated for this e book.

Never take the Blue Pill !
Ride the Adventure !
Great stuff ! Thank You, Jeremy !
You really need to scratch your head to answer this question;
Well, you just said you never promote a product which you don’t buy first.
How you can buy a product before its launch and during its promotion.
Curious to know, forgive me if i sound a little dumb but i am confused, will you show to me?
I have been looking forward to have a peek at this video post ever since you let the word out on July 6th. I definitely opted for the red pill right from the start. Who wouldn’t?
I really appreciate how you presented the role of association and authority in this one, Shoe. I’ve always believed that besides permanently etching a popular face that potential consumers can recall each time they stumble upon your product, association and authority also takes the credibility of your brand up a notch with an extra helping of PR coverage to boot.
Great content! Can’t wait until the next video. I tweeted to my 9,000 followers because they will benefit greatly.
Thanks. Karl
I got so excited to watch the video that I completely overlooked that there is a free PDF file included in the deal! This post is just magical, Shoe. Thanks for everything!
Who says basic web marketing couldn’t be covered in detail in just 30 minutes? Shoe, you are definitely my hero!
From Sears to being one of the most influential movers in web marketing. Thanks for inspiring aspiring web marketers like me, Shoe. Keep the good stuff coming.

I have seen the light, Shoe. You can be sure that I will be your fan for many years to come! I’ve never seen the complexities of (web) marketing explained so quickly and so precisely. I like the PDF too. Great Video!
Absolutely cool! Absolutely priceless!
Consider your audience and product before firing off your initial salvo of fear marketing. it would be really awesome if you can insert a few more guidelines about the subject. In the first place, fear marketing is one of the most popular strategies utilized these days. Great video – Tell us more!
It would be just an understatement if I told you that this post is informative, Shoe. If you ask me, this absolutely rocks!
Very valuable. I’m curious why it’s free- I would have paid to watch this.

Thank very informative Video. The information is valuable

Wow! great video. Thanks a lot for the videos. Very very educational I have learned a lot.
Your simply amazing!
Amazing video content and quality …I look forward for all of them to be live
Wowow. That was great info you spill in the video. The Cheat-sheet although not many pages have valuable hidden info there that only those who look hard can find it. Thanks for sharing.
Just printed off the .psd and pasted it above my desk to remind me to focus when posting reviews, for example, on my blogs

Kapow! I think that a release like this will make you a household name. This is absolutely premium stuff. Congratulations, and Thank You!
Thanks ever so much. Great video and thanks for the pdf. It is heart warming when successful people as yourself reach out and share information. Blessings.
Really looking forward to seeing the entire series. Very professional. Thank you.
Shoemoney has been a global friend in bringing new technology to countries around the world. I respect your knowledge and look forward to your continued sharing of knowledge and trends.
Loves it! Such a polished video! I would say that you missed your calling as an anchor person, but I am having too much following you in the world of digital marketing. Thanks for making my day, every day!
With your strategies and techniques, I’ll never have to worry again about those pesky YouTube debates about the intellectual property of my favorite show. I can launch my own show, kill it with Weapons of Marketing, and kick back while the cash rolls in. Peter Griffin – Watch out!
This is so great I actually pity your competitors.
Isn’t a lot of this about selling hope and optimism? I hope to make money online. I hope to lose weight. I hope to be like Shoemoney. And I think I can, if I just purchase this. Just a thought…
Nice touch with the Matrix clip. I have been in sales for a while myself and it is funny how it’s all around us. As always this is a great video.

I am still at the beginning of my affiliate marketing journey. Your video was a good learning experience for me. I feel like I’m on my way to earning a diploma! Thanks for the video and the PDF. See you back here soon!
Is it too late to go back to the red pill? Just kidding! A huge hug and a big thanks from your fans in Singapore. We love you Shoemoney!
Association is a major selling factor.

Will share with my Facebook and Twitter friends. Call me a part of your “unofficial sales” team. It’s the least I can do. Thanks Jeremy!
I want to start by asking you where to begin applying these tactics, but I’ve been following you long enough to know that this answer is to start at the beginning. Try it, test it, then try it again. I’m on my way! Thx for the tips!

I have a question. What if your business is kind of anti-fear? I KNOW how powerful fear is to get people to spend money, it’s marketing 101. But what if what you’re selling is empowerment, spiritual connection, abundance. Also – you should move your comment box toward the top, like in LInkedIn where your comment goes in over top of everyone else when you enter it, but move to the bottom once posted. It encourages folks to put in their own messages if they can find the text box more easily.

I realize that these type triggers have to be used to get people to buy these days of instant gratification and so-called authority or celebrity people; but it is a sad state that we have come to, just to get someone’s attention. I do not consider these people authorities, nor people to aspire to, or a trigger to get me to buy anything. Hey Jeremy, thanks for the great tips! It’s very obvious that you’ve spent time studying social media marketing.
Jeremy,
As I like to say when I see good stuff happening in the industry, “Keep bossin”, my man. Veeeery nice! You pretty much describe and lay out for people things I’ve used to live abundantly in a way I can only appreciate. You’ve got the peoples attention, boss.
-Kevin Madison
interesting and thorough listing of many of the most powerful, hard-wired human nature sales and persuasion techniques.
Does anyone ever read these comments or Shoe himself?

We are always looking for ways to promote our services – the ideas in this video are fantastic!
Great video, thanks. Lot’s of common sense ideas.
Great Video!!!
Great points about using basic salesmanship.
Thank you!
Jeremiah

Great video with a lot of great content. The only downside is the examples you use requires a huge email list to make those numbers. Are you going to touch on making the list?

Hi Shoe,
Thank you for your video.
Interesting video with many great ideas.
Great videos! learned a lot
Wow, what a great video! At the end everythings seems so obvious, but it is still hard to see the key factors of selling.
Thanks a lot!

With regards and thanks,
Phesao
I,m astounded and amazed! Cannot thank you enough for your willingness to share this invaluable insite, your experiences and information with me. Hope to someday meet you face to face and shake your hand. Well done.

HI Jeremy I have a suggestion for your video….
CAn you put some text on your videos in future?
I am italian and didn’t understand what you said on your videos, I think that would be great if you do a PDF with your choice or insert in the videos some text/subtitle else stranger people has great difficult to understand what you said….
Thanks
Hi Jeremy,
Awasome information, thank s a lot for the marketing weapons. It’s amazing.
Csaba
Thank you very much for this information. I believe that because of the Law of Attraction I have been wanting this type of information and it has been delivered in this video. I have also watched this and the other videos numerous times already. I will be applying these techniques in my new business venture(s).
Jason
Wow! this is more helpful than all the paid products on how to do a sales pitch properly. I learned a lot and will definitely implement it in my work as conversions have been the hardest part for me.
Great stuff as usual and expected..
The only real issue I have is when you keep saying, “pick up a paper and pen” haha I never have both of those items at close hand nowadays it seems!
Very helpful videos! I’ve learned a lot. Thank you
Why are such easy technicques not so easy for people? Often time I think we make it harder than it is because it must be “valuable”, if it seems like it was hard to attain.
Thanks for stating it plainly and offering the blueprint! I study often and am very close to beginning my career on line!
Peace, Julia
Great work, hope that the ebook is as useful as the videos, but where is the adsense!!??
This was so high content and helpful.
I learned more in your video than in the last 5 books I read COMBINED! Thanks.
